The Complete Building Regs Service caters for professional designers and private individuals by producing comprehensive building regulations specifications, technical drawings, structural and SAP calculations necessary for full plans building regulations applications. The final specifications are then sumbitted, on your behalf to the local council for approval.

Jamie Wright BSc. Hons, ABEng , our Managing Director has many years experience in the construction industry. Having run a successful construction company and completed a number of private property development projects, along with study as an Architectural Technologist and being a member of the Chartered Institute Of Architectural Technologists, (CIAT) and an associate member of the Association of Building Engineers (ABE), he is able to bring a combination of design , construction technology and building science to create a well rounded building regulations service.
